FRAUKE DANNERT

Within the Artist-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Frauke Dannert. Born in 1979 in Herdecke, Germany, Dannert studied Fine Arts in Münster, Düsseldorf and finally London, where she obtained her Master in 2011. Her work revolves around the technique of collages she experiment in a variety of ways. She even extends it to in-situ installations or projections. By the use of various shapes and illusions, she questions our perception of architecture and materiality. Frauke currently lives and works in Cologne and will be staying in Studio Verde during September 2023.
