SOPHIE ERLUND

Within the Artists-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Sophie Erlund. Born in 1978 in Denmark, Erlund received her BA Fine Art degree with honours in 2003 from Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London. She researches architecture as a synonym for the human body and mind, creating sculptures, installations and complex soundscapes, which deal with the central theme of transition and understanding the world through the irrational mind. Sophie currently lives and works in Berlin and will be staying in Studio Verde during November 2022.
