“All palaces are temporary palaces” - Robert Montgomery. HEART·H, is an exhibition that reimagines the concept of home as a perception rather than a fixed reality - a feeling rather than a physical form. This exhibition deconstructs the idea of the domestic space, reconfiguring it into clusters of activities that collectively define what we call home. It draws a series of layers, moving from the public to the private - from the recibidor (entrance hall) to the womb. In an era of emotional design, curator Silvia Sanchez Montoya has invited a diverse group of artists, designers, performers and makers whose work, directly or indirectly, explores themes of belonging, inhabiting and shelter.

HEART·H, challenges us to expand our boundaries, inviting us to feel safe, welcome and at home - wherever we may be in the world.

26/04 Closing Event: Video artist Balthazar Warklein will present a unique artwork created during the course of the exhibition, featuring contributions from all participating artists. This piece will explore themes of shelter, belonging, permanence, and migration. It serves as a meta-narrative intended not only to conclude the exhibition but also to ensure its ongoing relevance over time.
