Artists in residence, September 2022

Sabrina Fritsch

Within the Artists-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Sabrina Fritsch. Born in 1979 in Neunkirchen/Saar, Germany, Fritsch studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Mainz and Düsseldorf. In her paintings, the artist explores the potential of perception mechanisms as a creative tool. Sabrina currently lives and works in Cologne and will be staying in Studio Amarillo during September 2022.

Giacomo Rogado

Within the Artists-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Giacomo Santiago Rogado. Born in 1979 in Luzern, Switzerland, Rogado studied at the Luzern School of Art and Design from 2002 to 2005. In 2007, he received the Swiss Federal Prize for Art and in 2009 the Manor Art Prize of Central Switzerland. In 2013, he was awarded the recognition prize of the city of Luzern. Giacomo currently lives and works in Berlin, Luzern and Basel and will be staying in Studio Azul during September 2022.

Elisabeth Molin

Within the Artists-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Elisabeth Molin. Born in 1985 in Denmark, Molin graduated in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2009 and obtained her MA from the Royal College of Art in London in 2013. Elisabeth currently lives and works between Vienna and Copenhagen.

Bernd Oppl

Within the Artists-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Bernd Oppl. Born in 1980 in Innsbruck, Austria, Oppl studied Painting & Graphic Art at the University for Art and Industrial Design in Linz and Video and Video Installation at the Acadamy of Fine Arts of Vienna. Bernd currently lives and works in Vienna.
